Consultation
We visit your home, look at the windows, and talk through the styles and materials that make sense for each room. No obligation — just practical advice, with real samples.

Specification & measure
Precise measurements, then we confirm panel layout, frame style, louvre size, material and finish. Nothing is ordered until that specification is agreed.

Installation
Fitted by our own team. We check alignment, louvre movement and panel operation, then tidy up before we leave.

Aftercare
We stay reachable for adjustments, care advice and warranty questions. If something needs attention, you speak to us directly.
